Kari Kari snacks were created after an extensive consumer research was done with 12 flavors across market segments. They finally decided on 4 flavors after the consumer feedback. So you can be rest assured that you would love the final product!

It is but obvious that the big launch of Kari Kari in Bangalore should happen at the biggest brewery in Asia – Byg Brewski in Hennur!

Byg Brewski Brewing Company has a sprawling property – Asia’s Byggest brewpub – on Hennur Road. Set in the backdrop of the mighty Nordic past, the venue boasts 65000 square feet of the finest entertainment to be had, reminiscent of the majesty that is the Vikings.

Staying true to its theme, Byg Brewski offers 16 different types of home brews. Their Master Brewer Martin Benrad, who accepted the award as Byg Brewski Sarjapur was named the ‘Best Microbrewery Award in Bangalore’ in 2017, will carry forward the legacy at the new venue as well.

A gourmand’s paradise: Bringing to life, the bygone era, will be Chef Sabyasachi Gorai, who will be dishing out more than 200 recipes through live kitchens from cultures across the globe one of the byggest kitchens ever commissioned. Byg Brewski also boasts of a 6,500 sq feet state-of-the-art ss kitchen with best fire power. Being an open kitchen, standards of hygiene remain unquestionable. It also accommodates one of the largest wood fire pizza oven. And, owing to demands of scale and quality, Byg Brewski makes its own bread at its in-house patisserie. The silent kitchen can serve up to 5,000 guests per day.

Befitting the theme, alongside a dedicated team to craft cocktails, led by Principal Mixologist Karthik Kumar. Their cocktails are the epitome of panache, with no synthetics used. Their syrups are all made in house, and all the ingredients used comprise of fresh shrubs and herbs. The aim is to ensure that they revive the classics, giving them a modern taste. They are at par with global standards.
