Byg Brewski also boasts of a 6,500 sq feet state-of-the-art ss kitchen with best fire power. Being an open kitchen, standards of hygiene remain unquestionable. It also accommodates one of the largest wood fire pizza oven. And, owing to demands of scale and quality, Byg Brewski makes its own bread at its in-house patisserie. The silent kitchen can serve up to 5,000 guests per day.

Befitting the theme, alongside a dedicated team to craft cocktails, led by Principal Mixologist Karthik Kumar. Their cocktails are the epitome of panache, with no synthetics used. Their syrups are all made in house, and all the ingredients used comprise of fresh shrubs and herbs. The aim is to ensure that they revive the classics, giving them a modern taste. They are at par with global standards.
