La Uppu restaurant at Grand Mercure Mysore

La Uppu is the all day dining restaurant at Grand Mercure Mysore, which has got lot of amazing national and International cuisine varieties.

They had very good Karnataka vegetarian thali with lot of local Mysore flavors. This was served with butter milk.

Chef Satya Seelan, the executive chef at Grand Mercure Mysore, created a wonderful cheese preparation for us as we were eating healthy.

Reyansh loves playing the role of a chef. So he was really excited when the Chef invited him to the show kitchen to help in making a pizza.

Reyansh loved getting instructions from the team of chefs and got his first exposure in a 5 star hotel kitchen.

Executive Chef Satya Seelan and his team helped Reyansh make his own pizza in the kitchen!

We got a wonderful surprise for our dinner when we saw candle light dinner set up for us to celebrate my birthday.

I loved the amazing chocolate cake they baked for my birthday. I could relish only a bit of it as I’m on a diet.

The chicken starter was relished by us as it was tasty and had good texture.

The Papdi fish was really tasty and had varied flavors to it.

The gigantic shrimps were well grilled and served with a pineapple sauce.

The highlight was the Nalli nihari lamb chops which is one of the signature dishes of La Uppu restaurant of Grand Mercure Mysore.
