My wish for a dream Home fulfilled at Codename Milestone, House of Hiranandani, Hebbal

We have been scouring for an apartment for the past couple of years as we want to settle in our dream city Bengaluru. We were checking out projects of many real estate developer companies, but were not able to find anything interesting as either the budget was too high or our specifications were not met. Then I heard about a new realty project from House of Hiranandani, a top real estate developer based in Mumbai. Just entering the property itself was very relaxing for us, due to the greenery and the overall serene environment around the property. The development is spread across an area of 10 acres with breathtaking vistas as it is quite close to the picturesque Hebbal lake. My son Reyansh who is a sports freak loved that they have very good indoor and outdoor sports facilities which are very helpful for growing children who want to pursue their passions.

My wife Sunitha is artistically inclined and always looks for aesthetic homes. She was ecstatic to see the tall towers that were designed with classical architecture. The pillars, arches, the domes, the beautifully designed railings, she instantly fell in love with the property.

As far as apartments are concerned, she liked that all apartments are well ventilated and well planned to use the space most efficiently – for example – the corridor space is not wasted in the apartments. Also she was quite a fan of the deck area which is there in every living room and bedroom. She is a stickler for privacy so she liked the aspect that no apartment overlooks into each other.

I like the ‘Close to Nature’ aspect as the lake is quite near and home to many migrant birds. Even if you are not planning to move to Hebbal immediately, it is good for investment purpose as you can buy the property and give it for rent. There is always a high demand for apartments in Hebbal thanks to the easy access to many tech parks around Nagvara and airport road. As House of Hiranandani Hebbal is a landmark residential development, there is always a high demand for rented homes in this project. Professionals who need to fly frequently would love to stay near Hebbal so that they can reach the airport in a jiffy.

One of the major advantages of Codename Milestone is its proximity to all essential infrastructure within walking distance like Esteem Mall located within 3.5km and Reliance Fresh located within 5km. Some really happening restaurants like Druid Garden (3km away) and Hebbal Cafe Courtyard by Marriott (4km away) are also located nearby providing world class dining experience. For our son, some top schools like Presidential School and Canadian International School are located at a few distance from the project.
