El Nido Resorts Lagen Island is resided in the beautiful bay of El Nido in Palawan, within a cove on the edge of a 4-hectare lush forest, and a calm, shallow lagoon. The resort can be reached by charter from Manila to El Nido (LIO) Airport in 75 minutes. The resort offers a free transit from El Nido Airport to the resort, a 50-minute boat ride. On the way to the resort, the wonders of El Nido can be viewed. Magnificent Sea, green islands, romantic white sand beaches, the endless blue sea of water, the occasional leap of fish into the ocean welcomes us to the “Paradise on Earth.”
The resort is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities of the Philippines. Here it is like an oasis, the resort area is great, you must come and experience it. The resort is simple and charming, surrounded by beautiful plants in the forest. The first impression of getting to the resort by boat is that like there is a triangular stone in front of you. In our visit, we stayed in forest suite, and the room was luxurious, the light-induced a warm and gentle atmosphere to our cottage.
The room featured antique wooden floors, wooden furniture, and a minibar. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out to a private balcony overlooking the cove, bay or cliff. The room had a private bathroom with shower and bathtub amenities. These cottages are in country-style but also have modern conveniences – free WiFi, water heater, cable TV, air conditioning and in-room security system.
In the evening, we had a meal at the resort restaurant, it owned unique interiors and spacious too, the serving of the meal is all-inclusive, but the drink is an additional charge, all meals are included in the buffet. Dishes are quite delicious, seafood, meat, bread are very rich. Various Philippine cuisine, Western cuisine are prepared, and you can have your favorite meat baked at BBQ. The ingredients are quite loaded. We also enjoyed fruits and pastries after eating main course.
El Nido Resorts also offers many facilities to enrich your stay in the Philippines. For the comfort and convenience of guests, the hotel offers Wi-Fi in public areas, room service, airport transfer, babysitting, restaurant. The air-conditioned clubhouse serves buffet and à la carte meals, while the poolside bar serves snacks. The resort can arrange picnic lunches.
