Five Star Chicken – world class quality at very affordable prices!

Five Star Chicken was just launched less than 3 years back in India but already has more than 240 outlets across Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi, and in smaller towns such as Mangaluru, Mysuru, Chikamagaluru, Mandya, and Chintamani in Karnataka. It also operates outlets in Salem, Coimbatore, and Erode in Tamil Nadu. They are planning to expand soon in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

One of their most hot selling products and my favorite too are the signature products which are fried chicken in 2 varieties – “Original Thai Crispy” and the more suited to Indian spice standards “Crunchy Masala”. I feel the Original Thai Crispy has a very good flavor but if you want a bite for your tongue, you should check out the spicy Crunchy Masala!

Main plus point of Five Star Chicken is that CP Foods which owns it also has lot of poultries so they control the chicken quality and ensure that is up to the best mark always! Another one of their favorite products specially with kids is the Chilli Nuggets which are nice little nuggets but bit on the spicy side if your kid likes it, like mine does!

I love the innovation that Five Star Chicken brings into its products. They are always improving their products and working on the feedback given by customers. Spicy Fingers are one of their popular items which are crunchy outside with succulent chicken meat inside!

I was really impressed to know that Five Star Chicken has got experts from Thailand who develop some really innovative products like Chicken Peri Peri which is a South African dish and also Chicken Kebabs which are not oily and do not have food coloring in them. They taste amazing compared to the oil kebabs you get in Bangalore and also because of no preservatives or food colors used in their preparation, they are very healthy too!

I suggest everyone to try out the amazing kebabs and fried chicken in the many outlets across Bangalore and South India. Vegetarians don’t have much option except for the completely vegetarian outlet they have opened in Malleshwaram. It’s worthwhile to check that out too!
